Meet us back under the disco ball, y’all. Put on your festive cocktail attire and ring in the New Year SCH-style on December 31st from 9pm - 1am at our 2025 NYE party with dancing + live music by Big Wy's Brass Band, DJ sets by King Louie + Who Izzy + Ruuex, a fancy photobooth, drink specials and bubbles flowing all night long.
A $55 pre-sale ticket guarantees entrance to the party and includes a champagne toast at midnight + party favors. Limited tickets will be available at the door for $65. 21+ up. Powered by WERD.
Kick things off in style all over the hotel with dinner at Café No Sé or Maie Day beforehand, a special omakase evening at OTOKO + Watertrade, or stay all night in one of our rooms + suites:

Stay over ‘til 2026. Book a room on 12/31 + enjoy complimentary in-room champagne and two tickets to our NYE party (four if you purchase a Suite or Bunkroom). When the music stops, head upstairs + sleep in with a late 2pm checkout to ease into the new year.
