+ Access to guest rooms is limited to registered guests only, at this time.
+ Housekeeping services has been reduced during an active stay, unless otherwise requested, to minimize contact between individuals.
+ Rooms are vacated for 48-72 hours between bookings to ensure a full disinfecting of the space.
+ All high-touch, common areas are being frequently treated with additional disinfectant + sanitizer. Our pool remains open, with adherence to CDC guidelines; all guests must wear a mask in this area.
+ Hand sanitizer is available for your use upon request.
+ Our Fitness Center is open upon appointment for 60-120 minute time blocks. Reservations can be made by calling the front desk.
+ Our teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
+ We continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations. In-room dining is available, as well as to-go service from Café No Sé and Mañana.
+ All team members are equipped with face masks, in accordance with the city of Austin.
+ All reservations, existing + new, can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival for the time being.
All staff members are now equipped with face coverings, in accordance with The City of Austin mandate. These measures are in addition to keeping the required 6ft of physical distance between individuals at all times.
Please note that in accordance with this city + county mandate, all guests are also required to wear a face covering and respect social distancing when in community spaces of the hotel. This includes areas like our front desk, pool deck + hallways.
