Prime Rib Fridays: it’s rarely done! Maie Day is bringing prime time to South Congress Avenue every Friday lunch, from 11AM to 3PM or ‘til sold out. Enjoy a thick slice of their famous wagyu prime rib with au jus and horseradish cream for $19, sliced hot & to order by Chef Michael Fojtasek from Maie Day’s premier tableside prime rib cart. Add on creamed kale and mashed potatoes for a full plate or go all in with a special side of bone marrow, too. Dig in while you jam along to live music by Austin’s own Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead string tribute band, Fennario Flats and save room for a Gimme Burger: Maie Day’s full brunch and bar menu will also be available to order, too.
